Module 2- Marketing to your perfect audience - Knowing who you want to decide your case
Module 3- The Preview - Give the jury a preview of the case- engage their emotions
Module 4- Directing your cast- Presenting your case on direct
Module 5- Turn the camera on you - During cross examination you become the star
Module 6 - It's a wrap - The power closing
We have all gone to trial advocacy bootcamps and heard from well known attorneys about how they give opening statements, closings or cross examination. We take a lot of notes but we never get a chance to implement what we've heard. Our notes are put on a shelf and we never review them again. That doesn't happen when you take this course. We believe in accountability. So at the conclusion of each module you will be required to complete the homework assignment and forwarded it to your instructor. Then you will schedule to have a 30 minute coaching call to discuss the module and the assignment.
There are trial advocacy courses that you can take which will allow you to implement what you learn. These course are usually about a week long and cost about two thousand ($2000), you have to travel and you need lodging. This course is done at your own pace from the comfort of your home or office. No need to travel and incur lounging expenses on top of the thousands of dollars you will spend to attend other trial advocacy programs. You will not find another online course which will offer you what is offered in this course.
This course has been approved by the Florida Bar for 5 General CLE intermediate level credits upon completion.
